Beltana Farm is located in the Pialligo enclave of Canberra & features a trufferie of over 800 trees & an accessible restaurant 

The restaurant offers step free entry via paved level pathway approach to large open window doors.  Inside is spacious with the main dining area walls of glass overlooking the 800-tree truffle orchard on one side & the tiny village of yurts in the other.  The covered pavilion is anchored around a massive stone fireplace with large Chesterfield sofa & armchairs.  The dining areas are accessible & feature freestanding tables & chairs.  To one side of the main pavilion is a smaller pavilion with a private dining room seating up to 30.

Beltana Farm also offers truffle hunting tours & to stay in a clutch of luxury yurts or 2 bedroom cottage.  Due to mobilty restraints some of the accomodation may not be accessible.  

A large car park can be found onsite with disabled parking spots & accessible toilets are available.

Kitchen Garden at Rodney's is an accessible cafe located inside rodney's Nursery in Pialligo Canberra.  The cafe serves breakfast, lunch & an all day dining menu with seasonal homemade meals & a range of delicious cakes, biscuits, slices & Devonshire teas.  

The venue offers step free entry with easy access to the counter.  Inside is spacious with freestanding tables & chairs inside along with a large garden with outside seating area with shade umbrellas

The venue also has a garden centre, food emporium, shop, playground, coffee cart, live music, weekend BBQ & function rooms.

Helix Bar & Dining is an accessible venue located in the atrium of the Vibe Hotel on Rogan Street Canberra.

The modern-style bistro, bar & eatery offers step free entry via paved pathway approach to automatic glass entry doors.  The interior is bright & funky with huge floor to ceiling windows, large central bar area with stool seating, freestanding tables, chairs, booths & round seating area with a central fireplace feature.

The restaurant serves a modern European menu with a focus on locally sourced Australian produce inspired by the fresh produce of the region & showcases the best flavours of the season. The bar is renowned for its creative cocktail menu,  selection of regional wines & dedicated craft beer selection.

Molonglo Reach District Park is a narrow strip of riverside parkland between the Molonglo River and the Royal Military College, Duntroon.

The park offers good access to the bank of the river, making it great for a picnics and taking in the sights. It is filled with non-native deciduous tree species, which change colour in autumn.

The terrain is a mix of grass, paths and gravel, so easy to navigate a wheelchair.

Oporto - Majura Park

Changi Chapel is an accessible memorial, originally constructed by prisoners of war in Changi Camp, Singapore Island, in 1944.  After the war, it was returned to Australia, erected in the grounds of the Royal Military College & dedicated as a national memorial to all Australian prisoners of war.

The memorial is sited on a grass clearing with large established eucalyptus trees, accessed via a paved level pathway approach.  Access may be subject to Defence's operational and security requirements.

Accessible toilets can be found at Campbell Neighbourhood Oval.  Regular parking can be found closeby.

Cafe Noon is an accessible cafe serving Pablo and Rusty’s coffee, plenty of delicious grab-and-go items like fresh sandwiches, bacon & egg rolls, meat pies & more.

Jerrabomberra Wetlands is an accessible nature reserve located near the Canberra CBD.  The filling of Lake Burley Griffin in 1964 led to an artificially high water table on the MolongloRiver floodplain resulting in the Jerrabomberra Wetlands.  The reserve is an important sanctuary for local birds as well as bird species migrating from the northern hemisphere & from inland Australia & includes over 170 different bird species.

The Jerrabomberra Wetlands walk consists of a 3.2km loop trail considered a moderately challenging route, taking an average of 40 min to complete.  All the mapped walks are pram & wheelchair accessible.  The Wetlands office has a ramp for access & additional parking.

This trail begins at the designated parking area of the reserve, head west along Kellys Loop & continuing onto Woodland Loop until you get to the Tadorna bird hide. From here you'll double back & do a short loop following the shores of Jerrabomberra Creek before completing the full circuit of Kellys Loop.  There are different style paths from paved to gravel with covered seating along the way & bird watching huts

Free off-street parking is available at the end of Dairy Road in Fyshwick and also Eyre Street in Kingston.  Accessible tilets can be found 2km away at Marlborough Street bus station & Boundless Playground on Parkes Way.

Jerrabomberra Wetlands Nature Reserve

Ona Coffee House Cafe is an accessible venue located in Fyshwick.  With a step free entry cafe and retail shop out the front, with Ona’s roasting machines and temperature-controlled production facilities visible out the back.

The cafe features freestanding tables & unfixed chairs along with higher tables & stools.  The venue is spacious with easy access to the counter with outdoor seating also available.

The coffee menu is extensive, with at least 25 different coffees to choose from. It showcases four core blends with a variety of milk based, espressos, filter and iced, and there are special reserve single origin options that rotate on a monthly basis, including a selection of low caf-feine ones.
