Level (near-level) ramp at the entry off the Burwood strip, no big step — but the doorway is narrow. Inside is compact and gets cramped: smooth, level tiles (easy to roll on), but tables are set close together with limited room between them, and there aren't many of them. Cane dining chairs are movable (good for transfers); some high bar-stool seating won't suit everyone.
It's a build-your-own concept — you self-serve along a refrigerated ingredient bar at standing height, then weigh and pay. That counter is hard to see into and reach from a seated position, so wheelchair users are best off bringing a companion or asking staff to help plate up.
