A drop-off point was recorded near Redfern Station, approximately 100 m from the lift. The route from the drop-off area is step-free and provides enough space for wheelchair transfer or lift equipment. There is no shelter, and traffic, kerb and surface risks should be considered at the street edge.

A passenger lift is available. The survey found the interior spacious enough for a wheelchair user and a companion, with controls at a suitable height. Photographs show clear platform and concourse signage, wide door openings and level entry. The lift was accessible during the visit; no alternative route in the event of a fault was recorded.
