Pilot is a small accessible restaurant located in the suburb of Ainslie in Canberra offering an 11 course degustation menu.

The venue offers step free access via paved pathway approach to a sliding barn-like, timber door. Inside it’s a clean, minimal interior with an open kitchen, a bar with moveable black Bentwood chairs at black-topped tables with polished concrete floors. There is also fixed banquette seating on one side & more black Bentwood chairs on the other. There is also also a pretty alfresco terrace for outdoor dining.

Accessible toilets can be found at the Canberra Centre on Bunda Street & Australian War Memorial on Treloar Crescent. Accessible parking is not overly close but can be found Dickson Place & Mort Street.
