Molonglo Reach District Park is a narrow strip of riverside parkland between the Molonglo River and the Royal Military College, Duntroon.

The park offers good access to the bank of the river, making it great for a picnics and taking in the sights. It is filled with non-native deciduous tree species, which change colour in autumn.

The terrain is a mix of grass, paths and gravel, so easy to navigate a wheelchair.

Mount Pleasant Lookout is in Duntroon Canberra , right at the very top where you can see beautiful views of Lake Burley Griffin also  Duntroon Royal Military College and Jerrabomberra Wetlands.

Great signage provided of the views and historical information like  General Bridges, Australia’s highest ranking soldier in World War I. General Bridges was the only Australian soldier killed at Gallipoli to be buried in Australia.

The lookout is opened from 6am to 7pm, has easy access to parking and the lookout, which is all paved terrain.

No toilets provided closest  is  Campbell Public toilet a 5 minute drive which is wheelchair accessible with parking available opened from 7am to 8pm.
