Once ingredients are selected take to the chefs who will charge you based on the weight of your ingredients & then cook your dish in a soup base of your choice.

Freestanding tables & chairs can be found in the dining area along with covered outdoor seating.

The restaurant serves malatang which is a Sichuan version of Chinese hotpot, a dish where ingredients are selected from a diverse buffet that features vegetables, noodles, meats, seafood & sauces to form a soup. The malatang difference, however, comes from the mala sauce, a Sichuan chilli pepper sauce that can cause a slight numbing sensation. And if soup doesn’t float your culinary boat, you can opt for a stir fry option.

An American Staple comes to Australia. 
Step free wheelchair accessible entrance, plenty of space inside to manoeuvre around, low counter making it easy to order and bee seen.

Indoor seating, tables are a bit close together, but there is room on the end of tables for a wheelchair.  There are also booths which again can also fit a wheelchair at the end of the table. Tables are a bit low if you are using an electric Wheelchair but can easily  accommodate height of manual wheelchair.

Ordering stations are design so you can wheel right up to and under them so you can reach the screen.

Very different to Gomez Y Gomez Tacos, might me an acquired taste for Australians, but definitely an experience.

Central station is at the southern end of the Sydney CBD. It is the largest and busiest railway station in NSW and services almost all of the lines on the Sydney Trains network, and is the major terminus for NSW TrainLink services. It occupies a large city block separating Haymarket, Surry Hills, and the CBD, bounded by Railway Square and Pitt Street in the west, Eddy Avenue in the north, and Elizabeth Street in the east. It is spread over two levels. On the lower-level are the trains serving the Sydney network. The platforms are reached by a series of lifts.

On the upper level are the Country trains serving the wider NSW network, from the original Grand Concourse. The two levels are connected by a large lift. Very occasionally, if this is not operating, a member of station staff can escort you through a staff only route, between the two levels.

The taxi pickup and drop-off point is on the upper Grand Concourse level.

If replacement buses are running when there are line closures, these leave from Eddy Avenue, near the taxis.

There are accessible toilets on both levels. These are locked with an MLAK. If you don't have a key, ask an attendant or station staff.

The center is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There are plenty of accessible, step-free entrances from street level. Each floor of the building can be reached via lift.  Also every auditorium and room in the building is accessible by wheelchair. 
Wheelchair seating with adjacent companion seating is available in all theatre venues. Lowered counters at key retail and service points are installed.
Onsite there are designated accessible toilets available and accessible parking spots can be found onsite as well. There are 11 in total.

Lindt Chocolate Café is located on Cockle Bay Wharf and fully accessible to wheelchair users.  A ramp from along the Wharf provides access to the venue, or access can also be gained via Wheat Road. Space is tight between tables but there is accessible seating inside and out. It is better to visit the venue on a weekday as it is very busy on the weekend and there wont be much space for a wheelchair.
There is an accessible toilet onsite and parking facilities can be found in the Wilson carpark or on Wheat Road.

Lindt Chocolate Café, Cockle Bay

Nick’s Seafood Restaurant located on Cockle Bay Wharf is fully accessible to wheelchair users. A ramp from along the Wharf provides access to the venue, or access can also be gained via Wheat Road. There is accessible seating inside and out but the room between tables is pretty tight, however, the staff will be able to make as much room as possible for your visit in the venue.

Cyren Bar Grill Seafood

The cinema is fully accessible, with accessible seating available with no steps or other barriers from the entrance. These seats and spaces are reserved for customers who have a genuine need and are only released by cinema staff in person at the cinema or over the phone.
For hard of hearing or visually impaired the auditoriums are setup with the Fidelio headset & neck loop options.  These receivers are available at the box office when tickets are purchased.  The neck loop option works in conjunction with the hearing aid + the headset has adjustable volume to boost the dialogue levels.

Palace Central Cinemas

Adria Bar Restaurant  is accessible. A ramp from along the Wharf provides access to the venue, or access can also be gained via Wheat Road. Space is tight between tables but there is accessible seating inside and out. There is plenty of room between the tables for a wheelchair to move and staff will also allocate you a  tables if not.There are no accessible toilets inside the venue but there are facelities nearby which can be reached by elevator.

An accessible fast food restaurant located at Darling Quarter.  There is ramp access from the front of the restaurant to the main entrance. There is step-free access throughout, although not all tables are accessible. The outdoor seating is also accessible to wheelchair users. There are only unisex toilets on site but there is an accessible toilet nearby at Monkey Baa.  Wheelchair friendly parking spots are only available in the underground car park.

McDonald's Darling Harbour

Chippendale Green is a mall next to Central Park Mall.

It is a newly renovated and mainly accessible green space that is frequently used for picnics and general meetups. There is a ramp coming from O'Connor Street to access the green space. At this entrance near O'Connor Street, the grass and chairs are able to be accessed without stairs. These spaces are also accessible via 2-5 stairs. 

The terrain is mainly grass and concrete. All of this terrain is relatively flat, with all hard paths. There are no steep slopes.

There is not a particular picnic area, however there are a few picnic chairs. These chairs all have handles and may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

There is no accessible cafe or shop, however it is right next to Central Park mall, which offers an array of food options, and is accessible via a ramp.

There are no accessible bathrooms on the green, however there is one inside of Central Park Mall, that is roughly 2-5 minutes away. There are both ambulant and accessible bathrooms in the mall. 

There are no car parks, however there are 2 disability parking spaces on Balfour Street, only 2 minutes away.

Chippendale Green

Located in Harbourside Shopping Centre’s ground floor food court, Urban Wok is a takeaway restaurant. There is accessible and generous seating in the food court, which also has designated accessible unisex toilets.
Designated parking spots can be found in the Harbourside shopping center carpark.

Waterfront Grill steakhouse is an accessible restaurant in Harbourside Shopping Centre and located on the water at Darling Harbour. 
There is step-free access into the restaurant, but not all areas are accessible due to steps. There are no toilets on site but there are accessible toilets in the shopping center next to it. There are ramps to access the shopping center. 
Wheelchair users can sit inside or out but make sure to call the venue before your visit so they can arrange a special table. They will also make enough space between the tables to ensure there is sufficient room to move.
Accessible parking spots are available at the shopping center.

Blue Fish is an accessible restaurant offering step-free access from its Harbourside Shopping Centre location. Not all areas of the venue are accessible by wheelchair, but there is accessible seating inside and out. Brewtopia Plus is a small cafe located in Chippendale which specialises in coffee, brunch and Japanese cuisine.

The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating, both of which are accessible without stairs. The front doors remain open during their opening hours. The restaurant requires you to go to the counter to order, but they will bring your order directly to your table.

The restaurant is itself is located next to Wellington Street with 3 disability parking spots available on that road.

The restaurant does not have any bathrooms. The closest accessible and ambulant bathrooms are located inside Central Park Mall, which is roughly 10 minutes away.

The Helm Bar is fully accessible for wheelchair users.  A lift situated between the adjoining shops on the ground floor provides step-free access to the first floor bar and dining area.  During the week almost all tables are accessible, whereas on the weekend the tables on the first floor are replaced with high tables and benches. Make sure to contact them to arrange a good table. There is plenty of space between the tables so there shouldn’t be a problem within the venue. Designated accessible unisex toilets are available inside the venue.
Accessible parking can only be found on Sussex street.

Helm Bar

A symbol of Australia’s industrial history, Pyrmont Bridge is one of the world's oldest surviving electrically operated swingspan bridges.
Pyrmont Bridge is accessible to wheelchair users. There is a lift onto the bridge from Wheat Road. The bridge itself is step-free and easily accessible by wheelchair. There are accessible toilets located at the Wheat Road end of the bridge on Cockle Bay Wharf.
On each end there are several accessible cafes and restaurants. Parking spots can be found on Wheat Road.

Pyrmont Bridge

Darling Harbour, Pier 26 is an accessible ferry terminal. There is step-free access into and throughout the terminal, which is unmanned. There is a portable boarding ramp to enable wheelchair access onto the ferries.
There are no accessible toilets at the Pier and no designated parking spots.

Bar Thirty6 is a partially accessible restaurant located inside of the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park in Darlinghurst, serving a variety of food and drinks. There are steps to get into the restaurant, however a portable ramp is able to be placed over the stairs upon request. There is an accessible toilet located on ground floor inside of the hotel, toilets are on the right hand side of reception, no need to go through any corridors. There is an accessible car park at the hotel, as well as a driveway out the front of the hotel. There are 4 accessible car spots and to get to the lobby from the parking you take the lifts to the ground floor.

There is accessible seating inside but the space is cramped. Make sure you call the venue before you arrive so the staff can arrange a perfect table. There are no accessible toilets onsite but in the shopping center designated toilets can be found.

The venue is step-free, and most seating areas can be easily accessed. There is seating inside and outside on the terrace. There is a designated accessible unisex toilet on site.

The Port

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium (formerly Sydney Aquarium) contains a large variety of Australian aquatic life, displaying more than 700 species comprising more than 13,000 individual fish and other sea and water creatures from most of Australia's water habitats.
SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access throughout the venue, with ramps providing access to different levels of the aquarium. Accessible toilets are located at the entrance and exit of the attraction.
wheelchairs are available to hire for free from guest services on arrival on a first come, first served basis.
Due to the steepness of some ramps that lead down to the deeper oceanariums (Shark Valley and Dugong Island), wheelchair users may find they require extra assistance.
Parking spots are available on Wheat Street.

Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

As you approach the entrance on Market Street, you’ll notice the grand crystal doors with a nod to classic French theater style—hard to miss and full of charm! Entering is simple, especially with the friendly bellhop. Inside, a glamorous carpeted path leads you smoothly through the lifts and straight to the bistro.

 Located on the ground floor, Parlour has just the right amount of space to comfortably welcome guests, whether you’re stopping in for a quick, delicious lunch or a fancy drink and nibbles.

If you're in the mood for something a bit more sophisticated, just take the lift up to the hotel reception on level 1. From there, the staff will guide you through the spacious, opulent reception area to another lift that takes you up to level 2, where you’ll find the main restaurant.

Every space in the restaurant on level 2 is accessible, with flat surfaces and generous spacing between tables, the bar, and the kitchen area. They’ve really put thought into making the experience easy and comfortable for everyone.

Restrooms are on level 1 near the hotel reception. Just ask for directions, or follow the signs for accessible facilities; you’ll find a spacious restroom with handrails, located on the left as you exit the lifts.

Parlour

Unders Cafe is a small, boutique cafe located in the heart of Chippendale. They specialise in coffee and breakfast food. They work mainly as a takeaway cafe.

Unders is located on Queen Street, where there are 3 disability parking spots.

To get into Unders Cafe, you must get onto the sidewalk, which is quite narrow. There are 4 steep stairs to enter and exit the cafe, and there is no portable ramp. 

There are no bathrooms in Unders, the closest accessible and ambulant bathrooms are in Central Park Mall, roughly 15 minutes away. 

There is only bench seating, with a small amount of table space.

Unders Cafe

Mr Wu is an accessible dumpling ar with a lift less than 100 metres from the restaurant to lower ground. There is a ramp to access the lift from lower ground. Closest parking is on level 2 and accessible by ramp, but is a few hundred metres away from the restaurant.		
There are no entry doors with the restaurant being inside the food court. Accessible levels marked near lifts in shopping centre but no signs directing to the restaurant.		
Wheelchair fits with assistance around the tables & no outside seating.	
Accessible toilet is available in the shopping centre on the same level, shared with the other  food court venues.
Accessible parking is nearby on the level 2 car park with ramp access to the food court

The Subway is a takeaway vennue with step-free access at the front via a single open door, there is no seating onsite or outside or toilet
