An easy to access café in the lobby on 347 Kent Street.  The doors to the lobby are automatic and slide open, with wide access.  There is no alternative access.  There are several tables that are spaced apart from each other, wide enough to fit a wheelchair at.  All the tables are low.  There is no toilet.  The staff are also very accommodating in general. Parking is limited as it is located in the CBD.

Step-free access into the Bristol Arms Hotel can only be gained via the bistro entrance on Slip Street, which is just off Sussex Street. Bristol Arms is made up of three distinct spaces. At top of the hotel sits the Bristol Rooftop with its spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The ground floor hosts the Public Bar and TAB, with big screens throughout to show all sport, and a beer garden. 
The bistro level is the only floor accessible by wheelchair, meaning the bar and terrace areas are inaccessible. There are toilets on the bistro level, but they are not designated accessible.

There are six entrances to Wynyard station (useful to know because they span a steep hill). All of them are accessible: the main entrances on George Street (the concourse is reached by a wide gentle ramp) and the walkway to the Barangaroo precinct, the quieter York Street, Kent Street (closed on weekends), and Clarence Street entrances (concourse reached by lift), and the much smaller Harrington Street entrance (concourse reached by lift).


Wynyard Station

Lal Qila Darling Harbour is an accessible Indian and Pakistani restaurant offering step-free access from its Lime Street entry.  Not all areas inside are accessible because of a big step. But there is plenty of accessible seating outside. The venue doesn’t have designated  toilets for wheelchair users. Accessible parking spots can be found on Shelley Street.

Jam Record Bar is a vibrant, Tokyo-inspired vinyl bar located at 320 George Street in Sydney’s CBD,  The bar is relatively small, with only about 40 seats and a walk-in-only policy, which can make it crowded, especially during peak times. The venue’s popularity and compact layout may present challenges for wheelchair users or those with mobility needs, particularly if the space is crowded. 

The restaurant is located opposite the train station, in George Street so parking or drop off directly in front of the venue is not accessible if you come by private transport. However, accessibility is quite easy if you decide to come by train, since it stops nearby and surfaces are flat enough to allow easy access. The closest accessible parking is located in 86-88 Pitt Street, Eastside, between Angel Place and Hunter Street and all you need is to cross the street trough Angel Place and get to Jam Bar. The entrance is small but flat and accessible, with no stairs, making it easy to use. Inside, the restaurant has sufficient space to manoeuvre but it can be challenging. There are some small tables outside the restaurant( easier for mobility devices to come in), inside it might be trickier due to narrow corridors and the restricted space. The toilet has been adapted to  accessibility means but to get to the toilet, the corridors are extremely tight and you might have to ask people to get closer to the bar.

Nick's Bar and Grill is an accessible restaurant and bar offering step-free access from its promenade entry on King Street Wharf. There is also enough space between the tables but make sure to call them anyway before your visit to ensure a smooth stay. Tini’s Café is a small workers’ corner located on Clarence Street. The café has two entrances from the street. You can easily access it through the main entrance, which is an automatic glass door with a white threshold and flat surfaces. Alternatively, you can enter through the left side of the building via the ramp entrance that leads through the outdoor seating area.

The space inside is wide and open, with generous room between tables. Most of the tables outside are high, while inside, beyond the corridor, there is a lower seating area. The corridor is wide enough to accommodate mobility devices, and the counter is not too high.

The restrooms are located on level LG1, where there is a large accessible toilet. You don’t need a special key — just let the staff know so they can assist you to take the lift down. The staff are very friendly and happy to bring your order to the table.

Wynyard Station is only a few minutes away and easily accessible.

There is step-free access into the small counter and indoor seating area. There are more accessible seats outside the venue than inside. The room between tables is very tight on the inside thats why an outside table would be the better choice.

The Helm Bar is fully accessible for wheelchair users.  A lift situated between the adjoining shops on the ground floor provides step-free access to the first floor bar and dining area. An outdoor seating area connects seamlessly with the indoor space. To use the accessible toilet, ask the café staff for the key. The toilet is located along an external corridor on the left-hand side of the café. We recommend exiting through the main door and following the corridor to reach it.

You definitely have to inform the venue before your arrival as they have to prepare and allocate the tables to ensure that there is enough room to maneuver. There is an accessible toilet on site. 
Designated parking spots can be found around 100 meters away in the Wilson carpark.

The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room

Kansas City Shuffle is an accessible cafe and restaurant located on Gloucester Street. There is a platform lift at the back of the restaurant which takes you up to the raised dining area. There is an accessible takeaway kiosk located next to the venue’s street entrance. Not all tables inside are accessible and the space is restricted but the tables can be allocated to ensure more room to maneuver. However there are a few outside tables available.
There are no accessible toilets.
Designated parking can be found in the Rocks carpark.

Kansas City Shuffle

Darling Harbour Wharf 3 is an accessible ferry terminal. There is step-free access into and throughout the terminal, which is fully manned and has a portable boarding ramp to enable wheelchair access onto the ferries.
There are no accessible toilets at the Pier and no designated parking spots.

At the rear of the Grovesnor Place courtyard, Grand Duk is a venue that is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access into the side entrance of the restaurant, to the outdoor terrace and to the counter and indoor seating area. There are no toilets on site, but there are accessible public facilities in the courtyard. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark on Harrington Street.

St James is accessible to wheelchair users. Step-free access is gained via a lift from the Elizabeth Street entrance at the edge of Hyde Park. There are lifts and gentle ramps to take wheelchair users to the platforms. A portable boarding ramp onto the train is available and there is also an accessible unisex toilet in the station.

Belgian Beer Cafe Heritage is a two-storey bar and restaurant that is partly accessible to wheelchair users. The ground floor is step-free, but there is no lift to the upper level. The majority of the seating is tightly packed but accessible. There are no outside tables.
Accessible Unisex toilets can be found on site and designated parking spots are available in the Rocks carpark.

Belgian Beer Cafe Heritage

Martin Place Station is accessible to wheelchair users. Step-free access is gained via a lift between Phillip Street and Macquarie Street - not all entrances are step-free. There are lifts down to the platform and a portable boarding ramp onto the train. 

The new reforms in Martin Place station have modified and improved the accessibility of the site. There are two loft access in the aforementioned streets and the station is gully navigable with help centers, toilets in all floors and lifts connecting all parts of the street- concours- platforms

Martin Place Station

The museum features two main entrances, ensuring accessibility for all visitors. The west-side entrance is a step-free entry directly connected to the sidewalk, providing seamless access. The east-side entrance includes steps, but a wheelchair-accessible ramp is available on the left side of the entrance. Inside, an additional ramp has been designed alongside the stairs to further enhance accessibility.

The museum spans two floors, which can be accessed either by elevator or via the ramp located at the west-side entrance. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available on each floor, and the exhibition halls are entirely step-free. Designated accessible parking spaces are conveniently located to the left of the west-side entrance. Overall, the museum is highly accommodating and friendly for individuals with disabilities.

Australian National Maritime Museum

Located in the heart of the city, Sydney Town Hall is an iconic civic landmark which combines state-of-the-art venue facilities with spectacular heritage architecture and interior decoration. Builti in the late 19th Century housing the chambers of the Lord Mayor of Sydney, Council offices and venues for n=meetings and functions.

Connections: There are smooth, step-free routes to nearby bus stops, shopping centers, and taxi ranks from street level exits and entrances.

Parking: Accessible parking bays nearby at Queen Victoria Building and St Andrews House car parks, with step-free routes leading to the station entrance.

Building Access: The Sydney Town Hall building entrance on Druitt Street has ramps and intercom access for wheelchair users.

The Port

Cava on Kent is a fully accessible neighbourhood cafe, open for breakfast and lunch. Only a few tables inside are easy to get to in a wheelchair when it is busy at peak times. However, the cafe does have the benefit of a huge outside space, way back from the road, and most of the tables here are fully accessible. Tables sometimes make the route to the shared accessible toilet tricky, so it may best to approach it from one of the adjoining businesses that share it.

Hurricane’s Grill is a steakhouse and bar located on the first floor of Harbourside Shopping Centre. There is a lift on the ground floor providing step-free access to the entrance. The venue is step-free, and most seating areas can be easily accessed. There is seating inside and outside on the terrace. There is a designated accessible unisex toilet on site.

Kazbah is an accessible restaurant in Harbourside Shopping Centre. There is step-free access into the restaurant from the shopping centre entrance. The outside area is not accessible due to steps. There is accessible seating inside but the space is cramped. Make sure you call the venue before you arrive so the staff can arrange a perfect table. There are no accessible toilets onsite but in the shopping center designated toilets can be found.

Kazbah Darling Harbour

Located on Harrington Street, Brew Cafe can be accessed via a gentle ramp situated just to the side of the venue’s main entrance, which has four steps to negotiate. Inside the cafe, plenty of seating is accessible. However the space is restricted but it is possible to rearrange the tables to ensure there is enough room to maneuver. Accessible toilets are available on site and designated parking can be found on Harrington Street.

Not all areas of the venue are accessible by wheelchair, but there is accessible seating inside and out. Waterfront Grill steakhouse is an accessible restaurant in Harbourside Shopping Centre and located on the water at Darling Harbour. 
There is step-free access into the restaurant, but not all areas are accessible due to steps. There are no toilets on site but there are accessible toilets in the shopping center next to it. There are ramps to access the shopping center. 
Wheelchair users can sit inside or out but make sure to call the venue before your visit so they can arrange a special table. They will also make enough space between the tables to ensure there is sufficient room to move.
