The Blue Bar at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney is  a cocktail bar located on the 36th floor and offers stunning views of the city and harbor. 

The Shangri-La building provides accessible features, including ramps and elevators, to accommodate guests with mobility needs. You can access the Blue Bar through the main lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel which is step-free. Elevators directly connect to the higher floors where the bar is located. The space is restricted, however, the staff are able to allocate tables to ensure enough room for wheelchair users.

The hotel is located near Circular Quay and Wynyard train stations, both of which are accessible via wheelchair and other mobility aids. Taxis and rideshare services can also drop off directly at the hotel entrance in a secured way. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 100 meters away.

The Langham Hotel is undoubtedly one of the most accessible hotels in central Sydney.  

It has one fully accessible room (127 on the first floor, a short distance from the lift) with an interconnecting room if required. 

It is operated with an automatic door opener. The room is spacious in every way both at the foot and at the sides of the bed. There is plenty of room to wheel around and rearrange furniture if necessary. Some electrical power points are at eye level.

The bathroom is very spacious. It is fitted with an automatic sliding door and a sensor which turns on lights automatically upon entry. It has a roll in shower.

Staff are very attentive and quick to arrive if you need extra help with anything

All the public areas of the hotel are fully accessible and roomy. The restaurant and bar have many easily accessible tables. The seating elsewhere is easy to get to. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. A long ramp from the concierge entrance area leads up to the main areas. The spa is also accessible by lift.

There is an accessible on street parking space almost directly opposite the hotel entrance. There is a drop curb by the entrance which taxis can use to drop you at.

If you are a manual wheelchair user, there is only one potential drawback: its location. It is situated in a fairly hilly part of the CBD.

Inside, the step at the entry makes the venue inaccessible. Although tables are closely arranged in the outdoors, people with reduced mobility can still manage to be served a nice asian style popular dish from locals who keep their traditions in food. 

The venue does not provide toilets on site. Nevertheless, they can give you access to the toilets at the back of the premises. The attentive staff are generally willing to assist and accommodate wherever possible. You might be able to reach the toilets if you travel around the building, the paths are flat but the toilet isn't step-free. Despite the step being minimal, you need to be aware of its existence. To make it shorter, toilets are reachable for people presenting small mobility issues or having devices, however, they are far from the shop(on a wheelchair since people walking can trespass through the shop to the back), it is possible but not hassle-free ensured.the toilets do not have handrails and space is quite narrow but still doable.

The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

There is a very steep concrete ramp leading up to the venue from the street, but a step at the doorway prevents wheelchair access. There are, however, a number of accessible tables outside.

Located on the first floor of Barangaroo House, the restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users. A lift takes you up. There are also accessible toilets. The space inside is restricted and not all tables are completely accessible due to it permanent fixture. Outside tables are also available. Accessible parking spots can be found in the Secure carpark on Shelley street.

Upon arrival at the Fortune of War, staff will aid your entry into the venue with a portable ramp. There is also a lift that takes you to the terrace, where the accessible toilet is located. Seating is tight but there are accessible tables in the dining area and the terrace.#

Belles Hot Chicken is an accessible restaurant in Barangaroo. Step-free access into the venue is available via ramps along Barangaroo Avenue. Tight spacing between tables makes some hard to access. There is no accessible toilet in site but there is a public toilet nearby.

Vessel Italian & Bar is an accessible restaurant offering step-free access from its Shelley Street entry. All areas of the venue are accessible by wheelchair, and there is plenty of accessible, generously spaced seating inside and outside. There are designated accessible toilets available.

Located on Pitt Street, Alpha Gourmet Cafe is inaccessible for wheelchair users. The entrance to the venue isn’t step-free and there is no portable ramp on site to assist with entry. There are also no outside tables.

Located on a slight slope, Argyle Cafe is inaccessible for wheelchair users. There is a large step at the entrance to the cafe, and there is no portable ramp on site to assist with entry. However the cafe does have an accessible outdoor seating area.

Held on Monday nights, it provides local residents with farm fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, breads, cheeses, cakes and pastries, hot meals, artisanal drinks, and flowers from local, organic, and sustainable producers. It also creates an atmosphere for the Millers Point community, visitors, and businesses to relax, socialise, and engage in local news and events. 

Positioned at the front of the Harry Jensen Activity Centre at street level, the easy-to-find market is held on flat grassed ground with a path to ground level stalls. Additionally, there is: 

* A ramp with a drop curb at the entrance at Watson Road providing access to the upper level stalls, held on flat concrete. 

* Tables to rest, sit and eat. 

* A wheelchair-accessible unisex LH public toilet located beside the market at the Watson Road entrance. 

There is ticketed street parking on flat ground with minimal traffic at Argyle Place across the road from the market location, with a pedestrian crossing with drop curbs at the junction of Argyle Place and Kent Street.
