    Captain Cook Memorial Jet is located in Lake Burley Griffin, the Jet shoots water 114 metres in the air, the water is drawn from the lake through a 50 metre intake tunnel. The Jet is often coloured to commemorate a special occasions. When this is done ,the best location for photos is The National Capital Exhibition at Regatta Point.

    The Jet is opened everyday from 11am to 2pm.

    On the shore you can admire The Terrestrial Bronze Globe highlighting Captain Cooks, many voyages .

    Paid parking available in plenty of areas Regatta Point has accessible spots.

    Lawn/Gardens and picnic areas available.

    Accessible bathrooms are available one being at Acton Park about 9 min roll.
