Burwood railway station – Accessible Toilet  

Burwood Train Station provides one wheelchair-accessible unisex toilet located within the station concourse area. The facility is designed to support people with mobility impairments and includes wide door access, grab rails, and enough turning space for wheelchairs. The accessible toilet also contains a baby change table, making it suitable for parents and caregivers. The station itself offers step-free access through lifts and ramps, allowing easy movement between the street, platforms, and the toilet facilities.

The accessible toilet is open from 6:00 AM to 9:40 PM. As it is located inside the station’s paid concourse area, passengers normally need to tap on using an Opal card or contactless payment to enter through the ticket gates. Outside staffed hours, the toilet may be locked, but passengers can request access from station staff if needed.
