To park, enter the Ashfield Mall Carpark via Norton Street or Holden Street and drive to the Rooftop level. Look for the four clearly signed mobility parking bays (as confirmed by the photos showing the blue ramps and signs) which are located right next to the lift lobby for the easiest access.

From the rooftop parking, take the adjacent lift down to Level 3 (where the Library is located). Exit the lift, and follow the wide, level, indoor pathway toward the Civic Centre foyer and the automatic glass doors, where signage will direct you straight to the Library entrance.

Wheelchair users can also park in the lower-level accessible bays (confirmed by the blue lines and wheelchair symbols in the car park with the orange pillars), then take the nearest available lift up to Level 3, where you will exit onto the Mall concourse, and then follow the level path and signage to the Ashfield Civic Centre and Library entrance.

    By Train: Ashfield Station (T1, T2, T9 lines) – around a 3-minute walk. The route is level and paved, with tactile and audible crossings at Liverpool Road.

    By Bus: Buses 406 (Five Dock – Hurlstone Park) and 418 (Hurstville – Five Dock) stop at Stop ID 2131110, just a short, level walk to the Mall’s main entrance.

    By Car: Entry to Ashfield Mall carpark via Norton Street or Holden Street. Parking is ticketed (first 2 hours free).
