There are multiple toilet facilities on-site near Pitt Street, close to its intersection with McEvoy Street, including an All Gender accessible toilet and a separate Male Ambulant toilet, both housed in a brick amenities building with green doors.
The doors are push-operated rather than automatic. Inside, the accessible toilets are fitted with grab rails and a baby change table (Kanga Kare), and were clean at the time of visiting, with no visible damage or odour, though the floor showed some minor water pooling near the toilet base in one of the cubicles.
