Fairlight Rock Pool is located close to Manly Cove and next to Fairlight Beach. There is also a small paddling pool next to the main pool. Fairlight Tidal Swimming Pool is accessible. There is step-free access down to the pool, but there is no equipment to help provide access. There are only steps down to the pool itself. There is an accessible toilet on site but no parking spots nearby.

Delwood Beach is inaccessible to wheelchair users. There is a very steep flight of stairs preventing wheelchair access at the beach’s only entry point.

Clontarf Beach is a large sandy foreland (part of Middle Harbour), 5km from the Heads & 5kms from Manly. 

The beach features an access ramp & large family friendly inclusive playground with plenty of shade. There is a netted tidal pool swimming enclosure, gently sloping beach & showers by the pool enclosure. 

There is a grassed area for picnics, electric BBQ. picnic tables & a cafe/restaurant.  There are sandy beach areas to the right and left of the netted baths, good for swimming though the netted baths are safest. The area between the baths and the boat club makes a great play space at low tide. 

Accessible public amenities are available at the south-western end of the reserve. There is a main metered car park closeby & accessible parking at Spit West Reserve around 10 mins away.

Clontarf Beach

Esplanade Park is a waterfront area in Manly. There is step-free access to the park and throughout. The gradient is mostly gentle on the footpath, but some grass areas are located on a slope. There are no toilets in the park or picnic areas in the park. Also parking spots are not close by.

Manly Dam Playground is an accessible all-abilities playground with a variety of inclusive physical, sensory & educative play opportunities.

The fully fenced & gated playground features a climbing frame, a tunnel & bridge, swings, a carousel, seating for parents & landscaping. Materials such as wood & stone were selected for the project to blend into the natural environment. 

There are accessible lead-in pathways, picnic tables & bbqs, both electric & wood plus, toilet block & car park with designated accessible bay.

There are a number of bushwalks around Manly Dam, ranging in length.  The main one is Park Circuit, also known as Manly Dam Heritage Walk, which is 7.3km in length & goes around the lake.  For little ones, there is the Wildflower Walk (350m) & Nature Trail (1.5km).

Tania Park at 2 Bareena Drive, Balgowlah Heights features an inclusive playspace providing a wide range of play equipment  allowing for easy access with accessible pathways & safety surfacing. 

The shaded play equipment includes swinging, spinning, climbing sensory, imaginative & social play activities.  

An accessible parking bay can be found in the car park & accessible toilet next to the playground.  

The suburban park also contains large dog exercise areas, sporting facilities barbeques & picnic benches.

Tania Park Playground

Manly Surf n Slide is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access into the attraction and ramps provide access to the top of the slides. There are also accessible toilets and changing rooms on site. You can even find some kiosks.
Two hour street parking is available as well as free two hour parking at Whistler St Car Park, Central Ave Car Park and Wentworth St Car Park. Commercial car parks are also located at Manly Wharf and the Quest Apartments, Gilbert St, Manly

Manly Surf N Slide

Manly Pavilion is an accessible bar and restaurant located on West Esplanade in Manly. There is step-free access into the venue, leading into an accessible lift. There are steps around the venue, meaning some seating areas may be inaccessible. There are no toilets on site, but there are accessible facilities outside on the promenade as well as accessible parking spots.

The museum has two entrances. The main entrance, located on the West Esplanade side, is connected by a long ramp leading downward. Near the main door, there are steps, but a ramp to the left of the steps provides access to a step-free entry. On the west side of the museum, near the beach, the side entrance features several high steps, making it less suitable for disabled visitors, who are advised to use the main entrance instead.

Inside the museum, there are virtually no steps, except for the Ceramics Gallery, which requires climbing several high stairs to access. The museum is equipped with wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and designated disabled parking spaces are conveniently located across from the main entrance. Overall, the museum offers a welcoming and accessible experience, with only minor limitations in specific areas.

Manly Cove Beach West is a beach that is inaccessible to wheelchair users. There are no step-free access points onto the sand. There are steps leading onto the beach, but there is no ramp. No accessible toilets are located on the beach, with the nearest facilities in the ferry terminal.

Manly Oval is primarily used for cricket and rugby union. The ground serves as the home ground for the Manly Marlins and Manly Warringah District Cricket Club. Manly Oval is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access from Raglan Street and Sydney Road into the venue, which is mostly step-free. There is an inaccessible grandstand and a club house, which is partially accessible by wheelchair. Toilets are located at the base of Manly Oval Pavilion, southern side. Access is possible only via ramps and a gate located at Sydney Road fence. Closest parking spots can be found in carpark on Market Lane.

Hugos Manly

Gilbert Park sits between Belgrave Street and West Promenade. The park is used for events, such as evening markets. Preserved by Manly Council, Gilbert Park is an ideal location to gain some respite from the fierce sun, covered by the shade of the large fig trees. The park caters for both children and adults, with bench seats and two swing sets.
It is partially accessible. There is step-free access into the park but some grass areas may be inaccessible due to a step around the perimeter. There are toilets located next to the Gilbert Street entrance. There are no picnic areas in the park.
