    The venue is wheelchair accessible. The main entrance from Federation Square provides accessible access to Level 1, and a passenger lift is available to reach Levels 2 and 3. Accessible bathrooms are available on all levels.

    For wheelchair users, the easiest way to enter is through Federation Square, rather than using the stairs or escalators. Once inside, visitors can use the lift to access the upper exhibition levels. Staff at the Wominjeka Desk can also assist with directions or access if needed.
