Auburn Botanic Gardens

Auburn Botanic Gardens in Sydney is a wheelchair-accessible destination featuring level paths throughout most areas, including the Equal-Access Playground with ramped entry and inclusive equipment. While some sections of the Japanese Garden have stone steps, accessible routes encircle them. On-site parking is free, with designated spots for people with disabilities near the entrance in Chiswick street, the accessible spots are on the opposite side of the road with kerb ramps to cross easily. Small minibuses carrying elderly or disabled visitors may enter via the Avenue of Remembrance to the park near the playground (advance notice required). Additionally, the Auburn community loop bus provides priority access for seniors and people with disabilities. The gardens are open daily, and entry is free for Cumberland residents, children under 16, seniors, and people with disabilities.

Accessible public restrooms can be found outside the park near the parking and easy to reach safely. there are accessible restrooms inside the park too.
