Smithfield Commercial Centre is a two-level commercial building located at 695 The Horsley Drive, Smithfield. The main entrance has automatic sliding glass doors and a short metal ramp with handrails, providing step-free access into the building. The ground-floor corridor is wide, level and suitable for wheelchair movement. The upper floor is accessed by stairs, and no lift was observed during the visit. Male and female toilets are located on the ground floor; however, both toilet doors were locked and could not be opened, so the internal facilities could not be inspected. No separate accessible toilet or accessible toilet signage was observed. A parking area is located behind the building, but no designated accessible parking spaces or accessible parking signage were observed.
