There's one small step at the wide sliding entrance, and staff can put out a portable ramp if you ask. The ground floor is level, with low tables. The accessible toilet is also on the ground floor, beside the stairs, with grab rails on both sides and a basin you can roll under. The back dining area is up 9 steps.
