Place: You roll in at street level through wide double doors. There's only a very small lip at the threshold. Inside, the tiled floor is level all the way through, with wide gaps between counters and displays and plenty of room to move around. The seating rooms at the back have normal-height tables and chairs you can move. Wooden tables outside sit on the flat pedestrian street.

Parking: There's no parking at the door because the centre is pedestrianised. Ask your accessible taxi driver to drop you at the nearest point on the edge of the car-free zone.

Peeing: A gentle ramp with a non-slip surface leads to a spacious accessible toilet with drop-down grab rails on both sides. The bin sits under the right-hand rail, so ask staff to move it if you transfer from that side.

The door slides to the side and the threshold is wide enough.
