The venue offers step free entry via level pathway approach to glass entry door.  Inside is spacious with freestanding tables, chairs, banquette seating & easy access to the counter.

Accessible parking can be found in Market Place car park, accessible toilets 150m away at Fisher Avenue Car Park & Pennant Hills Train Station. 

Okami Japanese Restaurant

The Shed is a cafe chain restaurant with stores throughout NSW & ACT serving home-style rustic meals & 100% Arabica bean coffee. The cafes feature calm earthy tones, industrial metal, concrete, brickwork & soft greenery.

The Castle Hill store is located in Castle Towers shopping centre offering step free entry accessed via paved level pathway approach to automatic glass entry doors.  The cafe features open plan step free entry with easy access to the counter freestanding tables, chairs, high tables with stools & banquette seating.

Accessible toilets & parking can be found in the shopping centre.

Riverside offers limited, pre-booked parking for patrons with an Accessible Parking Permit.

Level access from Church Street leads directly into the foyers and through to all spaces and facilities.

Inside the venue
Riverside offers level access and space for wheelchairs in all theatres. Please let Riverside’s Box Office know if you need level access or a wheelchair space at the time of your booking.

Accessible toilet facilities are located at either end of the foyer.

Riverside has installed hearing systems in all three theatres. Patrons can choose from a single ear earpiece a neck loop attached to their own hearing aid or their own headphones, to amplify the sound from the stage. This system is adaptable for people with all types of hearing loss. To access this free service, please pre-book the hearing system when you book your tickets.

Parramatta Town Hall features a free WiFi hearing augmentation system, allowing visitors to connect to audio zones within the building via an app on their smart device. 

This app can be downloaded for free on our Public Wi-Fi service. Once connected, look for rooms, visitors will be able to hear the display audio in rooms featuring a QR code.
 


For visitors without a smart device, a limited number of devices are available for loan from the PHIVE customer service desk.
 

Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible bathroom located on ground floor.

Prams are permitted on both floors of Parramatta Town Hall.

During the opening hours of PHIVE, accessible Adult Changing facilities are available at PHIVE for guests of Parramatta Town Hall. Outside these hours, these facilities are available on request. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your needs.

The accessible Adult Changing facility is located on the basement mezzanine level of PHIVE, accessed via lift. From Parramatta Town Hall, guests can access PHIVE via the PHIVE foyer connected to Parramatta Town Hall.

West Ryde Station is accessible to wheelchair users. Step-free access is available on both the Ryedale Road and West Parade sides via ramps and lifts. Accessible parking is available near the Ryedale Road entry. Lifts connect all platforms (1, 2 and 3) to the concourse level. The station includes accessible toilets, Opal top-up machines, tactile ground surface indicators, and clearly marked boarding points. Facilities are well signposted and suitable for passengers with mobility, vision, or other access needs.

Little Amigos is an accessible kids cafe located in Carlingford Court.

The venue offers a variety of play interactive equipment to keep the kids entertained with different theme rooms, slides & ball pit.  The cafe features accessible tables chairs & access to the counter.
