Darcy Street (6 & 8 Parramatta Square): Main taxi and rideshare pick‑up/drop‑off, close to the train station and light rail. Bear in mind not easy drop off, but in the middle of the street and no kerb cut available unless is via the pedestrian crossing.

Parramatta Square Bus Interchange: Bus arrivals and departures around Macquarie and Darcy Streets, ideal for service transfers.

Fitzwilliam Street (near the train station): Taxi rank for Westfield and light rail access. Ramp access via covered area.

The dining area offers communal tables with fixed stool seating along , tales & freestanding stools.

NO.1 Malatang Parramatta

Okami is an accessible Japanese restaurant located in Pennant Hills Market Place.

The venue offers step free entry via level pathway approach to glass entry door.  Inside is spacious with freestanding tables, chairs, banquette seating & easy access to the counter.

Accessible parking can be found in Market Place car park, accessible toilets 150m away at Fisher Avenue Car Park & Pennant Hills Train Station. 

Okami Japanese Restaurant

The Shed is a cafe chain restaurant with stores throughout NSW & ACT serving home-style rustic meals & 100% Arabica bean coffee. The cafes feature calm earthy tones, industrial metal, concrete, brickwork & soft greenery.

The Castle Hill store is located in Castle Towers shopping centre offering step free entry accessed via paved level pathway approach to automatic glass entry doors.  The cafe features open plan step free entry with easy access to the counter freestanding tables, chairs, high tables with stools & banquette seating.

Accessible toilets & parking can be found in the shopping centre.

Riverside offers limited, pre-booked parking for patrons with an Accessible Parking Permit.

Level access from Church Street leads directly into the foyers and through to all spaces and facilities.

Inside the venue
Riverside offers level access and space for wheelchairs in all theatres. Please let Riverside’s Box Office know if you need level access or a wheelchair space at the time of your booking.

Accessible toilet facilities are located at either end of the foyer.

Riverside has installed hearing systems in all three theatres. Patrons can choose from a single ear earpiece a neck loop attached to their own hearing aid or their own headphones, to amplify the sound from the stage. This system is adaptable for people with all types of hearing loss. To access this free service, please pre-book the hearing system when you book your tickets.

For visitors without a smart device, a limited number of devices are available for loan from the PHIVE customer service desk.
 

Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible bathroom located on ground floor.

Prams are permitted on both floors of Parramatta Town Hall.

During the opening hours of PHIVE, accessible Adult Changing facilities are available at PHIVE for guests of Parramatta Town Hall. Outside these hours, these facilities are available on request. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your needs.

The accessible Adult Changing facility is located on the basement mezzanine level of PHIVE, accessed via lift. From Parramatta Town Hall, guests can access PHIVE via the PHIVE foyer connected to Parramatta Town Hall.
