Lionel Watts Reserve

The Lionel Watts Reserve Playground is a securely enclosed inclusive playspace which provides facilities for children of all abilities and their carers.

These include main entry with disabled parking adjacent, amenities including accessible family toilets, BBQ’s, picnic settings and shelters located within close proximity to the playground. Landscaped areas enhance nature play with pathways through the plantings, musical instrument section, cubby house. There is a huge play structure, flying foxes, swinging & climbing elements, wooden trunks & beams for balancing, imaginative & passive activities using water play and public art, exercise equipment Paved level accessible pathways are throughout the playground with large shaded bench & grass areas.

There is skate park across the playing fields & the park is close to Glenrose Shopping Centre & to the Glen Street Theatre & Library.

Parking can be found beside the showground, first on the right after the Pringle Avenue roundabout. The other car park is larger and runs along the playing fields paralell to Blackbutts Road.
