    There are glass double doors to enter from the path, which are always open. The surface of the path and entry is concrete and flat. There is a large space from the entry to the counter where you order.

    On the left-hand side, there are average height tables. There is a large bench that runs along the left wall for seating. The opposite side of the table features average-height, portable chairs. The space in between the tables is minimal. There is high stool seating along the windows on either side of the double doors at the entry.

    There is some outdoor seating, with average-height tables. The chairs are average height and are portable. There is a decent amount of space in between each of the tables.

    There is 2 hours free, accessible car parking in the Dee Why Village Plaza underground carpark that is located 25 meters away from Guzman. Along the path there is a set of stairs that take you to the lower path. There is a ramp located to the right of the stairs that can also be used. The pedestrian entry to the underground car park is located 3 meters after the stairs. There are sliding glass automatic double doors from the path to the travelator which takes you down to the underground carpark.

    There is an accessible public bathroom located a short distance to the left of Guzman.
