Enter Chill Bar from the sidewalk along The Strand. The surface is concrete and fairly flat. There is a large open entry that doesn't require opening any doors. There is plenty of space from the entry to the counter and the ice cream bar.

There is limited seating available inside. The tables are average height with average height portable chairs for seating. There is a moderate amount of space between the tables. 

There is seating available outdoors, both undercover in the shade and in the sun. The seating is positioned on either side of a large entry space that allows access inside.  There are average-height small portable tables with average-height portable chairs. There is a decent amount of space in between each table. There are average-height long bench tables with 2 average-height bench chairs on both sides. Both are portable. 

Accessible toilets are located 250 meters to the right of Chill Bar. The path is mostly flat and has a concrete surface. To get to the toilets, you have to cross the road to the left of Dee Why Surf Lifesaving Club, which requires stepping down from the curb. There is a driveway that can be used to get from the path to the road. Across the road, there is a ramp that can be used to return to the footpath that takes you to the bathrooms however the bottom of the ramp is covered with sand.

A coastal stroll down from Dee Why Beach Surf life saving club to dee why pool is mostly flat with concrete paths. It is a 500 metre stroll one way. Along the path, there are stairs that take you down to another path to continue heading towards the pool. There is a ramp that can also be used to take you down the path. 

There is 2 hours free accessible parking at dee why beach outdoor car park located a short distance from the Life Saving Club. There are 4 accessible parking bays with marked out yellow lines for a wheelchair to roll up beside the vehicle. 

Accessible toilets are located 60 meters to the left of Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club. To get to the toilets, you have to cross the road, which requires stepping down from the curb. There is a driveway that can be used to get from the path to the road. The door to enter is rather narrow, and there is a small step from the path into the cafe. 

There is inside seating with average-height tables and stools. There is moderate space between the tables. There is also a large table towards the back end of the cafe, which has both average-height chairs and stools for seating. Both are portable.  There is a high window table that looks out to dee why beach that is on the left as you enter. There is also tall seats at the window table. 

There is limited outdoor seating. There is small box-sized tables that are lower to the ground, and low to the ground stools for seating. There is also a longer average height bench table with stools for seating. There is limited space in between tables.

There is no accessible toilet. The closest accessible toilet is 350 meters to the right of Bare Naked Bowls, just behind Dee Why Lifesaving Club.

The space in between the tables is minimal. There is high stool seating along the windows on either side of the double doors at the entry. 

There is some outdoor seating, with average-height tables. The chairs are average height and are portable. There is a decent amount of space in between each of the tables. 

There is 2 hours free, accessible car parking in the Dee Why Village Plaza underground carpark that is located 25 meters away from Guzman. Along the path there is a set of stairs that take you to the lower path. There is a ramp located to the right of the stairs that can also be used. The pedestrian entry to the underground car park is located 3 meters after the stairs. There are sliding glass automatic double doors from the path to the travelator which takes you down to the underground carpark.

Outpost Espresso is a semi accessible cafe, coffee shop situated on Pittwater Road serving coffee, breakfast, brunch & lunch.
