Entering the Station

From Railway Parade:

• Two accessible entry options with zig-zag ramps guiding you toward Platform 1

• If you need to cross to the other side of the road from Railway Parade, a lift is available just metres from the ramped entrance

From First Avenue:

• One entrance with a ramp providing access to the station

Drop-off & Parking

Accessible Parking:

• Accessible parking spot located at 16 First Avenue

• Best option for drop-off, though not ideal due to the small, tight road configuration adjacent to the station

• Drop-off directly next to the station is difficult due to road layout constraints, only a bus area in front of the lifts of railway parade

Platform Access

Between the main stairs and bus station area:

• Lifts available to access platforms

• Connecting corridor runs over the platforms (accessible route between sides)

From First Avenue:

• Ramp and lift connecting to the other side of the road and Platform 2

Important – Staff Assistance Required

Before boarding:

• Notify station staff of your destination so they can deploy an accessible ramp and provide boarding assistance

Upon arrival:

• Inform staff at your destination station which wagon you're traveling in so they can assist you safely during exit
