Cabramatta Station is fully accessible and offers a range of features to support passengers with mobility needs:
✅ Ticket Gates: Wide and accessible ticket gates at entry points allow smooth access for wheelchairs, prams, and mobility aids.
🛗 Lift & Ramp Access: Three accessible lifts connect all platforms with both Broomfield Street and Railway Parade entrances. Ramps are available from the concourse down to each platform, offering step-free access throughout the station.
🚆 Platform Access: The gap between platform and train is wide, make sure you arrange a portable boarding ramp in advance with staff. Do arrive earlier than your expected departure, the ramp could take a moment to be deployed and staff do take their time.
Boarding Assistance: A portable boarding ramp is available on request. Speak to station staff before boarding and inform them of your destination—they will contact staff at your arrival station to assist you when you arrive. If you wish it can be arranged ahead of time by calling 02 9765 1644.
🚻 Toilets: An accessible toilet is located on Platform 1 and available during station operating hours.

🚏 Bus Stop & Local Access: Exit from Platform 1 and turn left to reach bus stops and shopping streets along Railway Parade. The paths are flat and easy to navigate.
