You can get to the station via the footpath which is flat, in Tooheys lane.

It is quite easy from each side of the station to get to the main concourse via the lifts. They will lead you to the main area where the staff will assist you and help you with anything you need. Let the staff know your final destination so they can arrange it for you nd organise the portable ramp to let you in the carriage and to let you out.

there are accessible toilets in the main area of the station and the doors are usually open.  are lifts inside the station that will bring you to every single one of the platforms to facilitate your  travels.
