Pho A Gogo  is

Parallel parking space, passenger-side, no drop curb nearby.
There is not sufficient space for a wheelchair to move alongside.  
Awkward obstacles include uneven ground, seating and bicycle racks.  





On-street accessible parking

Several accessible rooms. Mine was good. Slightly too much for furniture to navigate around, but generally spacious enough.

The doorway into the bath room was maybe too narrow for the widest wheelchairs. Otherwise the bath room was well laid out. The big bonus about this did not apply to me but to my wife. In the hundreds of hotel rooms we have stayed in together, she has always had to put up with only a shower. For the first time ever, we had a bath room with both!

Grand Hyatt Melbourne

OMI is an accessible Japanese restaurant located on the corner of Lonsdale & Swanston Street, Melbourne CBD.

The venue offers step free entry via paved level pathway approach, easy access to the counter & covered outdoor low tables & stools.

Accessible parking & bathrooms can be found in the Melbourne Central shopping centre.

Middle Park Beach

The entrance has steps and the door (glass) which is required to be pushed to open manually. There is no other entrance, any other signs or ramp.  
Spacious seating areas and common dining tables.  There is no outdoor seating.
There is no accessible toilet onsite? but can be found at 274 Victoria Street or Fitzroy Library

Chez Dre is an accessible bakery & cafe with step-free open area access at the front (there are 2 entrances, one is accessible on Hotham Street) which is not signposted

Chez Dré

Cake and dessert shop. Serving sweet items but also savory and hot food. Wheel chair access ramp at entrance. Inside and outside seating available

Europa Cake Shop

 The station access is via a ramp on both sides of station with ramp platform access:

Table spacing is cramped but seating is not fixed to the floor & there is outside seating available

There is a step upon entry to door which is signposted
A wheelchair can fit around tables, seats are not fixed to the floor & there is outside seating 
There is no accessible toilet as its located upstairs, shared with other venues. Would recommend going bathroom in the market

Tipsy Village

There is no step free access to the venue & the doors are manual
There is no ramp available & wheelchairs cannot fit between tables.  There is outdoor seating though
There is no accessible toilet on site as they are located upstairs
There is street parking 20m down the road from entrance

The Catfish

There is step free entrance at front and side, but a step to get from one end of the bar to the other
Front doors remain open during operation, and side is manual
Wheelchairs can be seated at front of venue but the back requires stairs

Heartattack and Vine

There is step-free front access to Ice Cafe Venezia via a manual door.  Table spacing is cramped with no fixed seats & no outside seating

Ice Cafe Venezia

The Local offers step-free front access with heavy entry doors.  There are some accessible areas, however there are stairs to upper floors.  Table spacing is cramped & high stools not fixed to the floor.  There is no outside seating or accessible toilet onsite but one can be found at Port Melbourne Beach.

The Local

Lincoln square has a steep incline from Bouverie Street. Single accessible toilet located at the park on Bouverie Street. 
Concrete square on Swanston Street side has a water feature and seating. There are steps to access this part from most sides.

University Square

Most areas Of University Sqaure are not easily accessible, there are  steps / a retainer surrounding the park to get to the lawn. There is step free access via the north most part of the park. Be conscious however there is currently restricted access to the park from the north side due to the construction of Parkville station at November 2022.
Terrain best option: mix of grass and concrete. There is seating in the middle of the park on concrete. 
Inclines: the park is on a slight incline heading north. 

Accessible toilet: toilets are nearby at the FBE building at university of Melbourne. They are wheelchair accessible, unisex, manual door. 
Parking can be found at Parkville Campus - South Lawn Car Park



University Square

Access to the Bhoj itself is step free, however the restaurant is elevated. There is a side ramp which allows wheelchair to access the elevated area where the restaurant is. Access is via a manual swinging door that is not too heavy. There is only one entrance to the restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating with tables and chairs, however outdoor seating is not really suitable for wheelchairs because there is no ramp available. Wheelchairs can navigate through the inside of the restaurant, however some areas can be tight. Not entirely sure if toilet access is available, but if not, the closest available toilet is in the District Docklands shopping centre. Parking is only accessible from the side streets or at the District Docklands shopping centre.  

Bhoj Restaurant

The Cargo is accessible from the side of the restaurant via ramps. There is outdoor and indoor seating, however outdoor seating has a few steps that need to be navigated. Outdoor seating has a mix of benches and tables. Indoor seating is mainly tables and can be a bit narrow to navigate with a wheelchair, however there are a few seats that are suitable for wheelchairs. There is no suitable wheelchair access to the event hall (only stair access to the upstairs area). Toilets are available within the venue, but no known separate access for wheelchairs. When booking in this restaurant, best to mention that table should be suitable for wheelchair access so that the team can set something for you. There is parking on the side streets or at the District Docklands, but is not really close to the restaurant. 

Cargo

The venue is accessible with step-free front to manual	entry doors.  
Table spacing is cramped, high stools	which is fixed to the floor & no outside seating.  			
Accessible toilet can be found at The Clarendon Centre, accessible parking at South Melbourne Market.
