Taxi Kitchen is located on Level 1 of the Transport Hotel at Federation Square. The main dining area has flat flooring, and there is a lift available from the ground level, making the front entrance reasonably accessible for wheelchair users. However, the back entrance has stairs and is difficult to use with a wheelchair.
There is no accessible parking directly at the venue. The seating area can also be challenging for wheelchair users, as the space between tables and seats can be narrow, particularly when the restaurant is busy. There is limited space for mobility devices, so it would be a good idea to mention accessibility requirements when booking.
Accessible toilets are available on the level underneath the restaurant and can be reached by lift. However, having to travel to another level to use the accessible toilet may be inconvenient for some wheelchair users.
