There is a small step on entry to La Lucciola which makes this Italian restaurant inaccessible to some wheelchair users. & the entrydoors are manual and heavy. There is a slightly small interior with tables & benches but chairs are able to be moved to allow wheelchairs to fit & there is outside seating. There is general toilet, however only accessible through the back street, both male and female toilets are difficult to enter through. No disabled toilets on site. Jam factory toilets are close by. There is a parking bay via the back street
