Surf Beach is Kiama’s main beach and is located a short walk from Kiama’s main streets, shops and cafes. 

Surrounded by a grassy park and children’s play equipment, it is popular for both swimming and surfing, with surfers calling the northern break “The Wedge”. Surf Beach is patrolled daily from the October long weekend through to Easter by Kiama Surf Living Saving Club. There is a beach wheelchair available to use, just ask at the club.

Accessed off Manning Street, there is accessible car parking available either end of Surf Beach & there are plenty of ramps & paths going along the beach & around the surf club. There are barbecue facilities, picnic tables, changing sheds, showers and public toilets. There is a disabled toilet on the western side of the surf club building which is large & accessible. 

Further accessible toilets can be found at Kiama Cemetery on Princes Highway & Kiama Fair Shopping Centre.

Kiama Dumpling Shop, parking is available right outside the store. The shop is small with only a little space to move around inside. No restroom available.

Salwater cafe, Kiama,  there is accessible parking right next to the café. The surrounding area is flat. The pathway to the entrance is tight, but there is sufficient space inside and outside to eat at tables. Only an ambulant toilet is available.

Thai @ Kiama, accessible parking is available across the street aswell as a bus stop. There is a slight incline at the entrance, with adequate seating and space to move around both inside and outside. No restroom is available inside the store.

Meats and Greet BBQ Kiama, located inside the Kiama shopping complex, with parking available in the lot outside. Entry into the complex is slightly uphill, but the interior is flat. IInside pathway a little narrow but many options for seating. Restroom facilities are located within the complex about 100 m away.

Stacks Eatery Kiama, accessible parking is available across the street. The area is flat, though entry and exit spaces are a little restrictive. No restroom is available inside the store.

Penny Whistlers Kiama, The store is located on a hill, but the inside is flat with enough space to move around. Only an ambulant toilet is available. Accssible Parking is available downhill next to the store or directly across the street.

Kiama Harbour and environs is accessible and a nice stroll. There is a fish market and a fish food shop there.

All on the flat, plenty of parking, ramp access. 

Near the Blowhole, though I'm not sure of access from this area to the Blowhole itself.

Earnest Arthur Kiama, located on the main street in a flat area, with parking adjacent to the store. There is space outside for eating and some space inside for waiting, though limited room for moving around. No restroom is available inside.
