Entrance: The tourist entrance is separate from the entrance used for Mass. Facing the centre of the cathedral, the tourist access is on your right. The entrance is free of obstacles and wide enough for wheelchairs, and there is always a member of staff on hand to help you enter and during your visit. The tourist entrance is closed during Mass.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday 9:30 to 12:30, closed Sunday. The ticket includes a free audio guide in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.

• Pensioners: €6
• Students and international visitors: €5.50
• Visitors with a disability of over 60%: free on showing a disability card
Outside: The square in front of the cathedral has palm trees and a few resting spots.
Accessible toilet nearby: Sana Locura, a very accessible café about 20 metres away.
