Place: The main entrance has a 16 cm stone step, so wheelchair users should go in through the Librería Diocesana, the bookshop next door. Its automatic glass doors are wide and level, and inside the tiled floors are smooth with wide aisles. A short wooden ramp at the back connects the bookshop and the gift shop to the palace. Because this is the only step-free way in, you can only get in while the bookshop is open: Monday to Friday 9:00–20:00, and Saturday 9:00–14:00. Inside the palace you can get around some parts in a wheelchair, but not all. The building has two floors, and we couldn't confirm a lift. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Parking: No car access in the area. Get dropped off at the edge of the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes away along a flat path on that same street just down the road if you face the monument, on your right. There are plenty of accessible car parks nearby. The streets outside are smooth, even and non-slip.
