Tortuga Loca

A drop-off spot 20 meters away lets you unload mobility devices, then roll onto the footpath via a gentle kerb ramp where the street merges with the walkway. The path to the restaurant stays flat and level.

Entrance

Enter through a flat, threshold-free double-door system. First is a central-opening glass door (one leaf was open and sufficient). Second transitions level through a covered outdoor patio area into the indoor space.

Indoor Layout

Past a small welcome table, go left or right into dining. Wooden-look floor is non-slip, level, and navigable, but the large space feels crowded with many tables (including high-tops), so staff may need to shift some for mobility access.

Seating Options

Both sides offer wheelchair-friendly tables at accessible heights with under-clearance (some with ramps). They’re workable but may need nearby adjustments for easier maneuvering.

Toilet Access

At the corridor’s end on the right, pull a heavy manual door with a high handle. Thresholds are manageable (not too wide). Inside: grab rails on both sides of the toilet, sink at okay height with manual taps, medium space (~less than 9m²), yellow bin, and tiled black floor.
