Shaw Wines is a family-owned and operated business located in Murrumbateman NSW, the heart of the Canberra cool-climate wine region.

Being a new building Shaw Wines is compliant to be accessible friendly, with ramps, wheelchair accessible toilet, charging power point for wheelchairs and scooters. Access to the bar, restaurant, and lounge with plenty of room to get around. Step free access to the outdoor paved areas with picnic tables ,bbq and shelters to enjoy.

The main entrance is a large heavy door,it isn't automatic but the friendly staff will hold it open if you let them know.

Eden Cellar Road Wines is an Australian owned winery & estate based in the Canberra district cool climate region. 

Only 30 minutes from the centre of Canberra, Eden Wines with many prestigious awards is a great stop. 

The cellar door has 6 seasonal wines available exclusively at the cellar including other choices. Cheese platters are available to purchase.

Opened Thursday - Sunday 10 am till 4.30pm

The property is flat and mostly paved or hard gravel so easy to move around. For disabled parking they advice to park in the delivery area. Be aware after heavy rains the car park can get fairly wet and muddy. The front door is not automatic but it's usually opened.

Eden Road Wines

Olleyville is a restaurant at  the Shaw Vineyard Estate, where they have a mix of traditional modern dishes and shared plates available.

The building is very wheelchair friendly with disabled parking, wheelchair bathroom available and easy terrain around the property to make it easy  to access.

The venue is large enough for weddings and conferences. 

Bookings essential: let know them know if you have any dietary requirements.

A credit card will be required to secure your booking.

Pet-friendly tables are available outside in the summer months.

Olleyville

Two Before Ten is a small chain cafe, this one is located in the Fairley Square development on the north side of Murrumbateman working closely with local wineries & producers.

The venue offers step free entry via paved level pathway approach to glass entry door.  Inside is bright & inviting with floor to ceiling windows, freestanding tables, chairs, access to the counter, space to move around & high bench tables with stools .  There is further outdoor seating both covered & open. 

Accessible toilets can be found 300m away at Murrumbateman Recreation Ground, accessible parking at Jones Park.

Dionysus winery is  a family owned boutique winery, 30 minutes from Canberra, enjoy award winning wines, chocolates and local fine cheeses.

Wendy and Michael are passionate about their work and welcome you to taste and share this on their property . They have a self select fridge full of cheeses to go with their wines and chocolates.  Prices under $20.  Booking preferred

Plenty of parking  available ,  their cellar door has a wheelchair friendly bathroom and easy access to the cellar and outdoor paved  seating available.

Dionysus Winery & Woo Chocolate

McKellar Ridge Wines is run by a wife and husband duo who share a passion for wine, John & Marinas talent is shown in their philosophy of pure fruit expression , minimal intervention and great quality, which is shown by the medals and consistent high scores .

The winery is wheelchair friendly , with parking , easy access to the cellar door and accessible bathroom. 

Opened Saturdays 10 am to 4pm & Sundays 12pm to 4pm

Tastings are $5 pp for 6 wines. Cheese boards can be created $10 pp

McKellar Ridge Wines

Jeir Creek Wines is located in the Murrumbateman cool-climate wine district on Canberra's outskirts, family run by the Pandey family.

Sit back and enjoy the wines with a cheese platters available  and take in the scenery of the winery and the Brindabella Mountains.

The cellar is opened Monday-Thursday 10am to 5pm

The property is fairly flat and easy to  access , the doors to the cellar  aren't automatic so will need someone to open it.

Jeir Creek Wines

 The Vintner's daughter is owned and operated by Stephanie Helm & Benjamin Osborne, They create unique and small batches of wines from their estate grown grapes.

They are open Fridays to Sundays 10 to 4pm. $5 per person non refundable . For wheelchair accessibility you can enjoy the Veranda which is partially closed and covered and has heaters , warm clothes should be worn in cooler weather. Or inside the heated cellar door both being wheelchair friendly too.

 Small cheese platters available for $12 , NO outside food or alcohol allowed .

Wheelchair friendly parking and bathroom available .
