    The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an innovative multi-arts hub located in the heart of Blacktown. With a curated program of exhibitions, performances, workshops, residencies and major events, the Centre features a multi-purpose performance studio, 2 gallery spaces, a dedicated making space, multi-use outdoor spaces and a weaving garden.

    The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is managed by Blacktown Arts, an award-winning leader in the development of contemporary arts in Australia committed to exploring innovative, culturally diverse work that reflects the region’s community and history. Blacktown Arts is an arm of Blacktown City Council, working across arts and cultural programming, cultural strategy, public art and infrastructure for Blacktown City and the region.

    Accessibility

    The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre offers level access and space for wheelchairs in all public areas. Access to The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is by ground on Flushcombe Road, or by an accessible ramp from Campbell Street and the Arts Centre car park. A fully-accessible toilet facility is located inside the Centre, adjacent to the front reception.

    There is accessible, free parking in Campbell Street, Colo Lane car park and Warrick Lane precinct car park.

    Guide dogs or animals trained to assist people with disability are welcome inside all public areas of the Centre.
