Rye Beach

Located along the Rye strip, Rye Front Beach is a popular destination particulary during holiday season with the adjacent camping reserve. Accessible beach matting is available daily between November & May located next to the accessible pier. A ramp leads down to the lovely white sand & clear water, great for swimming for the whole family with low waves. However, the beach is not patrolled. There is an accessible bathroom, accessible shower, fresh water, lead up pathways & 4 accessible parking spaces. A foreshore reserve extends along the length of the beach & offers camping, boat ramp, yacht club, playground & lovely place to roll/stroll. There is also a variety of shops, ice creameries, take away food, restaurants & cafes.
