Rosebud Beach

Rosebud Beach is a popular swimming beach stretching 9kms protected by offshore sandbars & safe for children. There is a ramp down to accessible beach matting which is available next to the jetty daily between November & May. Please note matting will not always meet the waters edge, during low tides. The Rosebud & McCrae Lifesaving Clubs patrol on weekends & public holidays during summer. There is an accessible bathroom, accessible shower, accessible parking & fresh water available. There is also a lovely boardwalk running along the beach. The foreshore offers accessible shaded picnic area, barbeques & playground near the pier. There is another small playground & BBQ at Tom Salt Park. There are several coffee shops, take away & cafes nearby.
