The female toilets are located to the right of the cafe. The male toilets are located further down to the left of the cafe, follow the pathway all the way to the end.

There is one accessible carpark in front of IPAC, however it is timed and limited. You can find other parking close by at Woolworths carpark just down the road (about a 5 minute walk).

There is a bus stop directly in front of IPAC. This is a paid bus service.Premier Illawarra runs public bus services across Wollongong using modern, low-floor, air-conditioned city buses. Inside the restaurant, the flooring consists of large smooth tiles, which are suitable for wheelchair movement. The dining area is spacious, with wide walkways between tables and seating areas. There is a mix of booth seating and standard tables. Booth seating may be less accessible, but the standard tables with movable chairs allow space for a wheelchair.

The service counter is located toward the rear of the restaurant and appears to be standard height.

To reach the toilet, you need to walk down a corridor area connected to the restaurant, then continue through a second corridor. Along this route there is a short ramp with handrails on both sides, which provides access to the toilet area.
