Beach matting is laid each summer season at Ngarkal Beach (Port Coogee Marina). This provides a path of easy access to the water's edge for people who have mobility limitations or use mobility aids. Please note the beach matting at Ngarkal Beach is removed and stored for the cooler months, in spring the matting will be laid again in time for the summer season.

This calm beach is perfect for all abilities to enjoy with access matting from the sealed pathway ramp right down the waters edge. Port Coogee Marina (aka Ngarkal Beach) also has ACROD parking, accessible drink fountains, universal toilet and shower facilities. The Splash Park that runs seasonally on the foreshore is also universally accessible.
