Town Beach is a popular spot with safe swimming, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a number of undercover shades on the sand. 

There is accessible beach matting, beach wheelchair & walker available, bookings through the City of Mandurah www.mandurah.wa.gov.au . 

Just a few metres back from the beach behind the carpark are toilet facilities, barbecues and a playground. There are lead up pathways, shade and picnic tables.

 The beach is patrolled by Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club which offers Starfish Nipper Program designed for children and young adults with a disability 6 years and older.

The Mandurah Boardwalk & Marina offers various shops, cafes & resturants.  The boardwall stretches for 1.5 kms & offers stunning views of the marina & surrounding waterways.

Town Beach

Singleton Foreshore is an accessible coastal reserve popular with families & beach goers. with 2.5 kilometres of pristine white sand & clear waters.

A sealed pathway with handrail provides an accessible path from the carpark to the beach. Twenty metres of beach access matting has been added to the pathway, providing access to the end of the sand dunes.  

There are plenty of grassy areas, a look out & sheltered picnic tables along with barbeques, accessible toilet & parking.

The foreshore also offers a fantastic inclusive & accessible playground close to the parking bays. Proludic selected the play equipment that incorporates challenging, sensory & social opportunies that is inclusive  for children of all physical and intellectual abilities. 

The inclusive and accessible Diabolo Multiplay unit features a wide variety of playful elements for younger children including climbing, balancing, sliding and manipulative play activities. Accessibility for children with reduced motor skills is encouraged by the presence of a ground transfer platform with large handles, a wide and secure stairway and a double slide. There is also plenty of room for carers to assist. The metal Pod Swing with its large and comfortable seat offers a supportive surface for children with disability and enables easy wheelchair transfer. The large pod allows several children (or child with accompanying adult) to swing together.  The installation of accessible rubber surfacing allows for easy access to the play equipment for those with motor impairments.

Madora Bay is the northernmost suburb of Mandurah and can be located on the coast between Mandurah and Rockingham, with a stunning stretch of beach. 

The beach offers accessible beach matting & beach wheelchair booked through the City of Mandurah www.mandurah.wa.gov.au . There is an accessible bahtroom, parking, shade & accessible picnic facilites. The Madora Tavern is right across the street.
