Kaysone Sweets

Kaysone Sweets is located within Freedom Plaza. The entrance is step-free and can be accessed through the main pedestrian areas of the plaza. The surrounding area is generally open, allowing wheelchair users to move around the shopping precinct.

Accessible parking

The nearest accessible parking space is located in the public outdoor car park approximately 70 metres north of the entrance. There are also standard on-street parking spaces nearby; however, these are often occupied and no designated accessible on-street parking spaces were observed.

Accessible bathrooms

There are no public or accessible toilets within Freedom Plaza. The nearest accessible toilet is located in the closest shopping centre and can be used by visitors to the area. Please include the name of the shopping centre and, if possible, the approximate walking distance.

Terrain and pathways

The pathway from the accessible parking area to Kaysone Sweets is generally level and suitable for wheelchair users. The pedestrian pathways are paved and provide access throughout the plaza without steps. If there are any slopes, uneven surfaces, or other obstacles along the route, these should also be described.
