Toilets
On our visit all public toilets were closed. The accessible toilet on Level 1 needs an MLA key, which can't be borrowed from reception or security. Bring your own or get one at the TITSA information office.
Getting around
Use the lifts rather than the escalators, which are old and often out of service. Leaving is easiest from the ground floor. On Level 2, take care: buses constantly come and go, and there is no dedicated crossing for wheelchair users or pedestrians.
Airport
Tenerife North Airport is reached directly on AeroExpress line 20; Tenerife South Airport is served by line 10 and others. Many buses are low-floor with a ramp at the middle door.
