There is obstacle-free access to Alfred Square with two open access areas at the top of the street. Most areas are open & easy to get to.
Terrain best option is concrete/grass/mixture 
with a slight gentle downward incline.  
There is an accessible picnic area, open grass area with benches.  
There is an accessible cafe closeby, just down the street.  
Assessible toilets can be found at The Slopes & St Kilda Bathing Pavilion.  Parking can be found at 36 Jacka Blvd & 34 Jackson St

We gave this place a 1 star rating on Trip Advisor when we were there earlier this year.

To begin with, the staff were incredibly rude.

None of the rides are accessible.

The only good thing I can say is that there is good disabled parking alongside Luna Park.

The St Kilda RSL is your local community club that operates for the benefit of ex-servicemen, their families and the local community. Accessible via the ramp entrance. Toilets and lift access available inside the venue.  Parking can be found nearby at 3-7 Shakespeare Grove & 4 Belford Street

Village Belle Hotel is an accessible venue with ramp entrance to the restaurants, lift access available to the first floor.  
Bistro standards doled out in an old-school 1800s pub with a sunny courtyard and weekly live music. Multiple toilets facility available inside the premises .  Parking can be found at Acland Court Shopping Centre, 2 & 4 Belford Street.

Space inside is tight with no outside seating or accessible bathroom.  Accessible parking can be found at 39 Camden Street & 55 Nelson Street.  Toilets can be found at St Kilda Library & Town Hall

Red Stitch Actor's Theatre is an accessible venue with wide ramp to step free entry via manual double doors.  The venue was closed so the interior details are unknown.
