· The floor is generally level, slip-resistant and well maintained, but one movement-surface issue was recorded in the checklist.
· Furniture and other objects were not recorded as blocking the route, and the route remains passable when crowded.
· The service counter is not at a suitable wheelchair-accessible height. Major areas have clear signage, and no area was recorded as accessible only by stairs.
