Boomerang Park offers lots of fun equipment to keep kids of all ages entertained.

There is a large climbing frame with rope bridge & slide on bark flooring & under a shade sail.  There is also a climbing section made of timber & rope.

There is an area for younger kids with two baby swings, two normal swings & a spider web swing,  roundabout, sandstone rocks & blocks for balancing.  

There is a second roundabout at the park which is flush to the ground & able to accomodate up to 3 wheelchairs.  

There is a wide concrete path that runs through the park with a slight slop & skate park with bowl, gap bank, 45-degree bank, transitions & rail.  

The facilities at Boomerang Park also include three undercover picnic tables with lead-in pathways, plenty of garbage bins, a fitness area with equipment & shuttle run track., water fountain with a dog bowl below & three toilets, one of which is a disabled toilet, parking & fenced dog off-leash area. 

There is no cafe onsite but the nearest can be found at Raymond Terrace town centre.  

Boomerang Park

Finnan Park is located at the southern end of Grahamstown Dam, a big spacious space with shady trees. 

The playground itself is not shaded & consists of two regular swings, slides, poles, bridges & ladders on softfall flooring.

The park is fully fenced apart from the driveway & offers wide paved pathways weaving throughout the park.  There are plenty of undercover picnic tables & benches, open wood fired-fired BBQ & a toilet block including disabled toilet.  

Finnan Park

Bettles Park is located just off the Pacific Highway on Adelaide Street, Raymond Terrace.

Surrounded by a large grassed area the park features a toddler, regular & spider swing, two slides (small & large), roundabout, balance logs, rock climbing wall, poles, net hammock, & ropes.

The playground flooring is bark with level concrete pathway around the park & one picnic table.   There are regular toilets onsite, accessible ones can be found at Boomerang Park No. 2.   A small car park can be found close to the playground accessed via a concrete pathway.

As a point of interest, located across from Bettles Park is historic Sketchley Cottage & Museum.  Sketchley Cottage was built in 1850 by ex-convict William Sketchley, and is currently open on the fourth Sunday of every Month from 10am to 2pm as well as Thursday mornings from 9:30am to 12 noon (February to December).
