2. Place / Path
Entrance
· The main entrance is step-free, easy to find and clearly signed.
· The entrance operates during the same hours as the main entrance and does not require staff assistance, a bell, phone call, card or waiting.
· No permanent ramp was recorded, and no portable ramp information was provided; the surveyed entrance itself was step-free.
· The entrance uses a sliding door that is normally open during business hours. The opening is wide enough, with no high or uneven threshold and adequate wheelchair turning space.

Internal path
· A continuous step-free route connects the entrance with the main service area.
· The path is wide enough; narrow points, thresholds and turns were recorded as passable.
· The floor is level, slip-resistant and well maintained, with no movement obstacles, significant slopes or objects blocking the route.
· The route may become difficult to use when crowded.
· The service counter is not at a suitable wheelchair-accessible height. Major areas have clear signage, and no area was recorded as accessible only by stairs.
