The Quest NewQuay in Docklands is a suitable place for wheelchair access. Common area access is present, with lift access to all the rooms. Hotel doors are automatic (triggered by sensors). Room sizes vary from standard hotel rooms to apartment like rooms. Showers in rooms are roll-in, allowing wheelchairs to access the showers (however some bathrooms might be a bit narrow). Toilets are standard configuration. Dedicated parking is available for hotel guests and is accessible via lift. The rooms are well maintained. Food facilities are available in the hotel, room service is available and close by (in the District Docklands shopping centre) Best to contact the hotel in advance and outline the requirements.

Steakhouse Grill 66 provides both indoor and outdoor seating. There is no wheelchair access at the front of the premise, instead you need to use the ramp access available at the side of the building. To access the restaurant you need to pass through two doors, one automatic and one manual (both doors are quite narrow).  

Indoor table seating is restricted in terms of spacing. The outdoor seating is more accessible with ramp access available as well. There is a toilet onsite. An accessible toilet is also available at 183-201 Harbour Esplanade. Parking is located at 401 Docklands Drive (Approx. 2 minutes away) or alternatively, 380-416 Docklands Drive (Approx. 3 minute away). 


Steakhouse Grill 66

Access to the Bhoj itself is step free, however the restaurant is elevated. There is a side ramp which allows wheelchair to access the elevated area where the restaurant is. Access is via a manual swinging door that is not too heavy. There is only one entrance to the restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating with tables and chairs, however outdoor seating is not really suitable for wheelchairs because there is no ramp available. Wheelchairs can navigate through the inside of the restaurant, however some areas can be tight. Not entirely sure if toilet access is available, but if not, the closest available toilet is in the District Docklands shopping centre. Parking is only accessible from the side streets or at the District Docklands shopping centre.  

Bhoj Restaurant

Biryani King Docklands is an accessible venue. Entry into the premise is via automatic doors and there is adequate spacing between tables to allow for wheelchair access. There is no wheelchair access at the front of the premise, instead you need to use the ramp access available at the side of the building. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet onside. In addition, an accessible toilet is also available at 183-201 Harbour Esplanade. Parking is located at 401 Docklands Drive (Approx. 2 minutes away) or alternatively, 380-416 Docklands Drive (Approx. 3 minute away). 

Biryani King Docklands

Renzo's Bar is a venue that provides both indoor and outdoor seating. Entry into the premise is via open doors, however spacing between tables is cramped and may not allow wheelchair access. Outdoor seating is available, however there were no obvious signs of ramp access. 

There is no wheelchair access at the front of the premise, instead you need to use the ramp access available at the side of the building. An accessible toilet is available at 183-201 Harbour Esplanade. Parking is located at 401 Docklands Drive (Approx. 2 minutes away) or alternatively, 380-416 Docklands Drive (Approx. 3 minute away). 


Renzo's Bar

The Cargo is accessible from the side of the restaurant via ramps. There is outdoor and indoor seating, however outdoor seating has a few steps that need to be navigated. Outdoor seating has a mix of benches and tables. Indoor seating is mainly tables and can be a bit narrow to navigate with a wheelchair, however there are a few seats that are suitable for wheelchairs. There is no suitable wheelchair access to the event hall (only stair access to the upstairs area). Toilets are available within the venue, but no known separate access for wheelchairs. When booking in this restaurant, best to mention that table should be suitable for wheelchair access so that the team can set something for you. There is parking on the side streets or at the District Docklands, but is not really close to the restaurant. 

Cargo

The Pink Rabbit by Tho Tho is an accessible venue and provides both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a ramp inside for wheelchair access, which leads to one of the main seating areas. The doors to enter the premise are manual and heavy, however are sometimes left open by the restaurant. Accessible toilets are located directly adjacent to the venue. The closest accessible parking can be found at The District Docklands East Car Park (Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5) and parking can also be found at The District Docklands West Car Park (Ground and Level 1). 

The Pink Rabbit by Tho Tho

Old Man Pho is an accessible venue and provides step-free access via an open doorway. Whilst seating is tight inside, there is adequate table seating provided outdoors. There is no accessible toilet on site but public facilities are available throughout the shopping mall. Accessible parking spots can be found at The District Docklands West Car Park (Ground and Level 1) or The District Docklands East Car Park (Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5).

Old Man Pho Docklands - Vietnamese Restaurant

There is step free access to the venue, automatic and another manual door. 
Everything is accessible, no stairs.  
A wheelchair can fit between tables & there are also benches & high stools.  
Outside seating is available.  
There is no accessible toilet onsite but ones can be found in the shopping centre along with parking.





Carl's Jr. Docklands

Coffee Rush is an accessible venue with a step free entry & narrow manual doors (single) that are open when the cafe is operational. There are no side entrances, toilet onsite or outside tables.  Accessible parking can be found at Bourke Street & Little Bourke Street, toilets at Southern Cross Station

A wheelchair fits easily around tables & seating which is not fixed to the floor.  No outside seating or toilet but accessible toilet can be found at 424 Lonsdale Street.  
There are 2 separate accessible parking spaces just up the street on other side. And a secure (brand) car park across the road at 200 Queens St.

Kennys Bakery is an accessible venue with step-free front via street. Slight vertical incline to entry, automatic doors normally left open unless poor weather.
Table spacing fits a wheelchair with assistance, few seating (not fixed) tables are available. Mostly intended as takeaway dining, no outside seating, toilets or parking.  Accessible toilets can be found at Market Street & Collins Street, parking can also be found at Collins Street

ATen Square Cafe is an accessible venue with indoor and outdoor seating.  There is cramped seating inside and must navigate a drop curb to access with a wheelchair. Outdoor seating can be manoeuvred for improved accessibility.

Access to the venue is via push button intercom at left of front door for disabled access staff attend and show you through to elevator access the building next door.  All signposted.

Limited parking is available on the side street, and paid parking suitable for wheelchairs is available in and around the shopping mall.
