A state-of-the-art, multi-purpose venue with world-class technical facilities and seating for up to 686 patrons, the Pavilion is located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire.

The theatre has two entrances. The secondary entrance, located on Eton St, includes a few small steps, but a ramp on the right side connects to the sidewalk, ensuring easier access. The main entrance, connected to Chuo City Garden, leads directly to a plaza with no steps. However, once inside, a short set of stairs leads to the UG level, making the secondary entrance on Eton St more convenient for disabled visitors.

Inside, the theatre features wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and designated accessible parking spaces are available on Eton St.

The Pavilion is a fully accessible venue with mobility access to all public and performance areas, braille signage and hearing loops throughout the auditorium. The theatre has locations for wheelchairs in the Stalls, as well as lift access to all foyer and auditorium levels.

Chapman Lane is a lively accessible cafe featuring step free via paved level pathway approach.  

Inside offers access to the counter, freestanding tables, chairs & a large outdoor partically covered seating area at the front.  

The venue also offers a lovely covered rear cabana deck with additional seating.

Accessible bathrooms can be found closeby at Tradies Gymea & Hazelhurst Retreat Community Art Centre.
