· The route is wide enough; narrow points, thresholds and turns were recorded as passable.

· The floor is level, slip-resistant and well maintained, with no movement obstacles, significant slopes or objects blocking the route.

· The route may become difficult to use when crowded.

· The service counter is not at a suitable wheelchair-accessible height. Signage is clear, and no area was recorded as accessible only by stairs.

Seating and facilities
