The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an innovative multi-arts hub located in the heart of Blacktown. With a curated program of exhibitions, performances, workshops, residencies and major events, the Centre features a multi-purpose performance studio, 2 gallery spaces, a dedicated making space, multi-use outdoor spaces and a weaving garden.
 

It's managed by Blacktown Arts, an award-winning leader in the development of contemporary arts in Australia committed to exploring innovative, culturally diverse work that reflects the region’s community and history. Blacktown Arts is an arm of Blacktown City Council, working across arts and cultural programming, cultural strategy, public art and infrastructure for Blacktown City and the region.
 

There is level access and space for wheelchairs in all public areas. Access is by ground on Flushcombe Road, or by an accessible ramp from Campbell Street and the Centre car park. A fully-accessible toilet facility is located inside the Centre, adjacent to the front reception.
 


There is accessible, free parking in Campbell Street, Colo Lane car park and Warrick Lane precinct car park.
 


Guide dogs or animals trained to assist people with disability are welcome inside all public areas of the Centre.

The Stanhope Gardens store offers step free entry accessed via paved level pathway approach to large open floor to ceiling glass doors & windows.  The cafe is bright & spacious with easy access to the counter & large covered outdoor seating area with reestanding tables &  chairs.

Accessible toilets & parking can be found in the shopping centre.

Livvi's Place The hills is a large fenced inclusive all abilities playground at the Bernie Mullane Reserve, Kellyville.  Plus, it's the only free, shaded water playground in Sydney that is within a gated space.  

The park offers climbing play gyms, tunnels,  in-ground trampolines, three swings, musical instruments, two merry-go-rounds , softfall ground, sensorty garden, sand-pit, stepping stones, in-laid wide slide with ramp access & of course the water playground with tipping buckets, jets & two spinning water sprouts.  

The wide concrete path allows for kids to ride & easy roll along with extra wide gates & a large grassed area.  

Accessible parking spots can be found right in front of the playground.  Next door is Bernis Mullane Sports Complex where you can find toilets & a kiosk.
