· The route is continuous and step-free, with sufficient width for wheelchair access.
· No steep slopes, crossfalls, broken surfaces, gravel, grass, tree roots or other obstacles were recorded.
· A road crossing is required. A drop kerb, safe traffic signals and adequate crossing time are available, with no other crossing risk recorded.
· There is no clear signage directing visitors to an accessible entrance.


Drop-off point
· A drop-off point is available on Denton Lane, Cabramatta NSW 2166.
· A step-free route is available after drop-off, with enough space for a wheelchair, transfer or lifting equipment.
· There is no rain shelter at the drop-off point.
· Traffic, gradient, kerb or surface risks were recorded, so users should assess the route carefully.
· The drop-off point is approximately 200 metres from the entrance.

2. Place / Path
Entrance
· The main entrance is step-free and a permanent ramp is available.
· There is no clear accessible-entry signage. The alternative entrance operates during the same hours as the main entrance.
· No portable ramp was recorded.
· The entrance is normally open with no door. The opening is wide enough, there is no high or uneven threshold, and wheelchair turning space is adequate.

Internal path
· A continuous step-free route connects the entrance with the main service area.
· The path is wide enough; narrow points, thresholds and turns were recorded as passable.
· The floor is level, slip-resistant and well maintained, with no movement obstacles, significant slopes or objects blocking the route.
· The route may become difficult to use when crowded.
· The service counter is not at a suitable wheelchair-accessible height, and signage between major areas is limited. No area was recorded as accessible only by stairs.
Lifts / Hoisting equipment
· No lift or platform hoist is available or required for the surveyed public areas.
Seating and facilities
· No standard-height tables with removable chairs, wheelchair knee clearance, adequate table spacing, accessible outdoor seating or dedicated wheelchair space were identified.
3. Being
Accessible toilet
· There is no accessible toilet within the venue.
· The nearest recorded accessible toilet is at Cabramatta Station, on the ground level beside the Platform 2 entrance.
· The route to the toilet is step-free, easy to find and clearly signed.
· The toilet has an automatic door with adequate width and is operated using a button.
· There is enough internal space for a wheelchair and transfer beside the toilet.
· The basin, soap dispenser and hand dryer are reachable. An emergency call device and an adult changing table are available.
· The toilet was operational and unobstructed during the survey. Cleanliness was limited and maintenance was assessed as average.
